Postcard of Malay house at Tanjong Katong, Singapore

This is the first of a series of postcards that i recently acquired. They are reproduction postcards  produced by National Archieves of Singapore and Arkib Negara Malaysia.

The first one here is a Malay House located in Tanjong Katong Singapore, in a village compound. The house is surrounded by coconut trees, that were common tropical tress grown by the villagers then.
